Mike specialises in team development, emotional intelligence and business, team building, and leadership development which he has delivered training to many organisations and charities. Mike has a background in business to business sales, has been a national staff development manager and has worked overseas in leadership development.
Mike has a BSc Hons in Botany and is an Emotional Intelligence Assessor.
