Grahame Pitts
Grahame is a coach and a facilitator. He works in business supporting executive director as they align leadership behaviour and business objectives. He provides leadership development programmes, team workshops and individual coaching. Grahame has worked extensively in the UK, USA and Europe, and within a diverse range of industries including retail, distribution, manufacturing and the financial industries.
He has a very varied background in design, education, outdoor development, management training and organizational change. Grahame has a particular interest in the link between individual leadership and team leadership and how we maximize the potential and performance of senior management teams.
Clients include BAA, Tetra Pak, Bovis Lend Lease, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mothercare and Eircom. He also works in the not for profit sector with Arts & Business and The Barbican Centre and previously with West Berkshire and Portsmouth Council.
