Domna Lazidou
Domna’s passion is communication and culture change, which she follows by combining senior consultancy work with academic research. She is currently pursuing a PhD on the subject at Cranfield School of Management.
Domna’s change management credentials both in-house and as a consultant include work with Compaq Computers where she designed and supported a communication strategy for change across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Microsoft GTSC EMEA where she as been working with the board on articulating and sharing a customer focused culture and work on systems, values and behaviour change with BAE Systems, Lloyds TSB and Clarkes International, among others.
Domna was previously the director and principle researcher of the IABC research into the link between employee communication and business effectiveness.
