Suzannah Jones
Suzannah is an internal marketing and communication specialist. She is an effective strategist and employee programme designer, experienced project manager and team leader, in addition to being a professional and engaging coach, trainer and facilitator.
Her work has involved leading major organisations through change communication, IT integration, customer service and brand engagement programmes. She was responsible for managing communication and change planning for the relocation of Marks and Spencer’s UK Head Office.
Suzannah’s work was focused on exploring the challenges faced by UK and pan-European M&A clients to engage employees in their new organisation. Specifically, this has involved a 12 month secondment to Airbus in Toulouse, France, coaching and supporting their corporate communication and change teams.
Suzannah has a broad range of consulting experience, working with blue chip organisations. She speaks fluent French.
