Richard is a highly experienced corporate leader who specialises in organisational and leadership development, team building and coaching.

Previously, Richard has been European Solutions Director for Aquent, Director and T&D Manager at Barkers Norman Broadbent, Regional T&D Manager at Tesco and served 5 years in the Royal Navy.
Richard has a BA in Business Studies and Marketing.
