Sometimes it is hard to capture what an organisation does and what holds its people together.

Following a peer review led by Sir Haydn Phillips and Allan Percival, Permanent Secretary and Director of Communication respectively, the Ministry of Justice wanted help in building a big picture of the disparate nature of the Department's work. Responsible for the Justice system in the UK, the Ministry of Justice wanted to help its staff and stakeholders understand what it stood for and to engage its people in an action planning process to support its aim.

We designed and led a process from Board workshops to large staff meetings which defined a memorable vision and created a common focus for the Department.
