AstraZeneca has over 58,000 employees operating in over 100 countries. We delivered a research study to find out how and if people understood where the Group was going and what it stood for. We covered the big environmental and corporate issues and we identified information gaps and processes that were and were not working. We developed short and long-term recommendations for a communication strategy that would build on strengths and address weaknesses.
